Didnt do too much today. drilled another hole in the switch panel for the 12v. plug. Then sprayed it with the undercoating material I used on the frame. Ran all the wires for the switches, so when its all done, it will be ready to be hooked up.
The frame may be welded up tomorrow.
Right now I'm looking to see if I can find a piston kit that is cheap enough that I can get it now and a carb.
Will get pics tomorrow.

Just picked this up.   This is what it is: It says 180 watts max x 2 on the mini amp The speakers are water proof/resistant and are rated at 50 watts Bass and treble controls volume knob lights up. RCA inputs. I bought it from a member over at hondaspree.net. He says that for such small speakers, they sound great. $45.00 shipped Dont know were I'll mount it, but it beets headphones in the helmet imo. When it gets here, I'll post up pics |

Been working on the frame since 4:00 today. It is ready to be welded tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!  with the side panels on   STR8 shock extension.  Didn't get the switches mounted today, but here is a pic of how it will be in the glove box.  Will get pics up tomorrow of it welded up. |

Didnt get the frame welded up today. Had a issue with the mount. I needed to redesign the mount. Did that, I need to go to Lowes tomorrow and get some round bar for the supports.

Finally got off my ass and got back to work on the Aero. Im about 75% done with the mount. Should be finished tomorrow.  The equipment:  I'll get pics tomorrow when I finish the mount. |

Been working on the wiring tonight. Only 1 wire dose not have a place to plug into. Green with a black stripe in it.
Then I cant seem to find the connector for the side controls with teh turn signal switch and horn.
I'll get some more pics soon.
