I just bought a aero 125 and wanting to rebuild it but I got a few questions first due to me not having no experenice with these 2 stroke motors, I own a chinnesse 150cc scooter with the gy6 motor but I know nothing about these Honda motors so please excuse the dumb questions ahead of time.
1st: I purged the scooter of all fluids what is the best gear oil to use on these scoots.
2nd: what should the valves be set to on these.
3rd: Does the motor shroud need to be left on for normal operation or is it OK to be left off.
4th: The floor pedal/brake seems to be seized the best way to go about unsezing it.
And for the people who own these scooters any tips on rebuilding/ maintence or any thing that I may what to know on trying to get 1 of these running again?

I never rebuilt a motor in my life but this one (NH125) was simple, check here but, your actually better off in the forums at Motorscooterguide we are all there also.
