Been doing a bunch of riding on the Aero 80. Did a couple of more trips to the Seattle VA Hospital (120+ miles round trip), a couple of run to Bremerton (70 miles round trip) and a couple of dozen trips to Shelton (22 miles round trip). Plus the wife and I took the Aero 80 and the Spree on vacation over to Sun Lakes and rode there for 3 days. The mileage total is all that high compared to last summer but it's not that bad. The new rollers (12 g) are too heavy with no grease and the clutch is acting weird but I will pull the cover off and try the 11 g ones but I think I will end up with the 10 g ones in the scooter to get the shift point higher than 4000 RPM. I think some belt pieces are in the clutch as it hooks up way to early and luges the hell out of the motor when hot. The starter bendix is inop for the same reason, will cure all that when I pull the cover to do the roller change.
