It's an 80. Here are some pics of when I got her turns out she's a 1983 not 84

Here are some pics of her now. I just finished getting her sorted out. Intake side is stock except for the pod filter. Exhaust is for a dio but the flange needed cut rotated and rewelded. Went to a 92 main jet and she does around 50 now. Low end is a bit softer though. I have some fiberglass reeds to put in, hopefully that will help

Otherwise. Sanded and painted the body work. Put new bearings in the steering head. Painted the rims and put white walls on. Dyed the seat black. Made new logos on my plotter and replaced the missing reflector thanks to bear. Also had a friend do some plastic welding on the turn signal housing as it was a bit cracked up. I still need a right front signal lens and a rear right signal to fix all the broken shit. Anyway. Enjoy the pics.

Hi Joe,
You did a excellent job! I have and 83 aero 50 that I've been trying to get running. We are down to the last part (I hope) lol! The 3 carbs we have purchased were either too big or broken. Just wondering were did you find all your parts for your aero, more specifically engine parts. Carb, exhaust etc. What' s cool also I noticed you lived in Ohio and so do I the 18th county. Have fun riding!
