I wanted to check the belt on my 83 aero 80 however I cannot remove the cover. I get it about an inch off then it stops. I tried hitting the kick start shaft but when It gets to a point it stops. Does the kick starter stay with the bike or the cover? And is there any thing besides the perimeter bolts that hold it on? It is really giving me trouble.
