i just bought an 1983 aero 80 at a garage sale for 20 bucks. i got it running the next day. so now i am going to start spending a little money on it. i will be riding it in the yard and down gravel roads so i wanted to see if anyone has seen or used any dual purpose tire on these bikes. i will probable remove the fenders front and back they are broken anyway along with all of the other body panels. the closest thing i found is the tires that are ment for the honda ct70.

The Aero 80 was never meant for offroading, none of the Spree, Aero or Elite scooter are. My Spree has a stick that says "For on road use only". With 10" wheels and tires and only 4.3" of ground clearance it just is not gonna work. There are knobby tires for 10" wheels but they will most assuredly effect road handling.

I think I am going to go with the pirelli sc30. I have seen good reviews ably these performing well on gravel and grass. What do yall think?

I won't be going on motocross tracks or anything like that just old country roads.

Hell that's what I live on and the stock tires work fine. The 80 does not have the power of a CR80 to need knobbies.
