Just bought 1983 Aero 80

I just purchased a 1983 Honda Aero 80.

I think the carb needs cleaned and battery charged. But I have no idea what I am doing. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I also do not know how to get the seat open lol

Start by downloading the service manual and start reading. FYI the bystarter (AKA the automatic choke) is known for causing starting and running issues.

Is the key lock on the left side below the seat there? You use the ignition key to open the seat. If no key, you need to look in the hole and find the end of the cable that goes to the lock and pull it. Seat will pop up.

Do you have an idea how much it would be worth running? It has about 1200 miles

Appearances is everything, so without pictures, no clue.

Also, this guide to carb cleaning is for a PA series carb and yours is a PB carb.
