this is my aero 1984
i enlarge my cilinder to 46mm and put a 46mm piston also i make the bottom of the cylinder stronger by enlarge the outside by 2mm of iron .
i put a delhorto 19mm carbs
multivar vario with 7grams and i cut the center of the pulley boss for fittment
i put a polini light weight clutch
a rms clutch bell i cut the clutch cover, but only the part that the bell was not fitting so i can use my kickstarter.
-polini strap
-doppler booster and a doppler s3r exaust fitted with the original outake and i put stainless tubing and pushing one in other and clamped ,cover with alumium and after i put some exhaust ciment so its not leaked and yes i have tested
and work great, good flow of air.i also made an aluminium braquet for the pipe and 2 spring so that way it will not brake my exhaust ciment.

-new ebc brake
-rpm meter
-bp8 sparkplug
-news paint i put a metallic bleu on it before it was baby bleu
-i change the flasher for a carbon one in rear and a bleu one in front also smaller.
-i put a car flasher controller because the old one was not working.
everithing may look simple but it was a pain in the ass because there no pre-made modification partfor the 1984 model nb50m , i have to go to the machinist every time for cutting and everithing but i think 2-3 more weeks and everithing will be okay for the first run ,im waiting for my cylinder i give it to a racing specialist to make sure that it will not crack with heat because i cut 6mm of it ,so the cylinder wings can brake!!(sorry sometime for my english im a french canadian.)
Sorry for the pics it was the night but the next time my bike will be done and i will take the pics on a sunny day.
