I was close to buy a polini speed control variator but if i bore the center of the variator to fit the variator boss it would work i think ,i will using the same machine that we use for piston to enlarge the hole.

You would be better off machining down the OD of the pulley boss.

years later ... i get it done by a machinist near i was dont know that cheap labor 9$ nice and work good!! 86km per hour on my gps ...faster than peugeot new viva 2010 of my wife!!(but my aero is tuned to the limit) (brand new brake lol)

Actually your best bet is to use the stock boss with the Polini variator.
