Only when some punk know it all won't listen and over prices everything. Also when he can't sell the whole scooter at an over inflated priced. Then decides to part it out and does NOT indicate so on the original ad for the whole scooter. Half ass operates piss me off and I like to make their miserable lives a little more miserable since they obviously deserve no better.
