Now I have a full set of Aeros. I picked up a 1985 Aero 50 this evening go with my 2 Aero 80s and Aero 125. It supposedly runs but with the new battery, nothing, not even a click and the fuse is good. Of course someone has wired in toggles (two no less) switches instead of an ignition switch. They will be gone soon. The front turn signal lenses are broken and the tail light lens is missing. But other than that it is all there. So it is in line for an inspection and if it is an easy fix, it moves to the front of the line.

The Aero 50 got back burnered due to finding almost all the parts I need for the Aero 125. I did tear off the body panels to find out why it wouldn't crank. Seems the morons didn't bother to look at a wiring diagram. Instead they just installed 3 switches and ran 12 volts to the first one and then to the start switch they installed and then the 12 volts to the starter solenoid. So now the solenoid has 12 volts to both sides of the starter solenoid coil. Gee, I wonder why it doesn't work? I have an ignition switch and I acquired a start and stop/run switch assembly which I will reinstall. I need to find the center lens for the combination light assembly, which is NLA. I also need the front turn signal lenses but can still get them from Honda. Carb has been off and is clean and reinstalled. Have new hoses for fuel and vacuum. The 50 is in line for right after the 125 is done.
