1. No "bashing" other members. If you have a problem, contact me.
2. Profane language IS permitted
3. Try not to hijack a thread. If you constantly do it, you'll be suspended.
4. No double posting (example: if you have a carb question and no one answers, just simply type "bump" instead of creating a new thread.
5. No nude pics. If there are, you will be hearing from me or a mod.
6. No random posting to bring your post count up. If we find that you are, we will adjust your count appropriately
7. Buyer beware: If you buy something from a member off this site, WE ARE NOT responsible. If someone screwed you out of money, take it up with Paypal, not us.
