A lot of folks are looking for bores for the AF05 engine. These bores are appropriate for Aero and early elites (88-93). More can be found by searching European vendors for the Honda Vision.

Here is a list with vendors for reference. (the stock bore is 41mm)

Unfortunately, there are alot of awesome pipes for this engine that are out-of-production.
Homoet made the nicest, but good luck finding one!

*My 2 Cents:
OK exhausts for this engine are HARD to find, and PRICEY when you do...
But its really worth it. If you can weld, theres plenty of good ones for Honda
Elite (94-01) and DIO SR (92-98) that can be welded to fit.
