Has nothing to do with looks. It has to do with being a coil built for a CDI ignition system. Most any Honda scooter coil will work as long as the donor ignition is a CDI. Can't help you with the trans cover.

So any CDI will work I can't get one from a parts scooter I need to buy a new one I found a few cdi on sites that look the same as on my scooter and as for the trans cover it is gas coming out the hole I can fix the hole but should there be gas coming out of it(could be oil with a bit of gas it smells like gas) and the throttle won't move( I broke the grip trying to get it to but I have more twist grip throttles.

It sounds like you have a high float setting or a leaking needle valve in the carb and it is over flowing on to the trans cover. Because there is NO fuel in the trans cover area at all. If the fuel is leaking out of the air box then the same applies, no fuel in the trans at all.

if i take the spark plug out and use the kick start it sprays gas out the spark plug hole a bit and the kick start doesn't go back up and the hole time it is dripping out a hole in the trans cover I am gonna tack the cove off check that out and take the carb off and clean it cause it is most likely dirty cause the air filter had a coating of mud on it and had some on the inside walls of the air filter box

The spraying fuel out the spark plug hole say excess fuel is either coming from your carb or from the petcock because the diaphragm is bad. There is no way fuel can get into the trans/belt cover except thru being leaked on to it or your crank seal is very bad on the variator end (left side. In either case the fuel is being leaked in to the trans cover.
You may not even have an ignition isue if the engine is that rich, because the plug will foul before it can fire a mixture that rich.

Well it has been sitting since 2008 the carb repair kit doesn't come with the diaphragm

It is the seal leaking where can I get a new one? and could the gas spraying out the spark plug hole be caused by the carb being stuck wide open cause it is the throttle cable won't move.

Even with a good coil this engine will not start due to the stuck throttle cable. Either pull the slide out of the carb, remove the cable and reinstall the slide. Better yet just cut the cable off a couple of inches from the carb. However I don't see anyway for the cable to freeze in the WOT position as it is spring loaded to the off position. Are you sure the slide is installed correctly. Actually just pull the carb off the engine, It needs work any how. Get a manual or down load a copy and do this right.

First off you have to look to see if the seal is bad and that means pulling the left side cover and the front pulley. Guessing does not get it with this stuff. I have been under the impression that Honda has parts for their scooters.
